One thing best about Sri Balaji University is that it left no stone unturned when it comes to providing best of the best to students. This is an ocean of opportunities, and few lucky of us were selected to avail one, which was attending NHRD (Hydrabad chapter- 2023) as delegates from 2 Feb 2023-4 Feb 2023. The university provided with all the accommodation. Apart from lavish stay and food, it was more about listening the opinions of many eminent personalities on the agenda“ DECODE THE FUTURE”.

Many experts from the industries were invited. The way they present themselves, they communicate and address others was very humble and decent. The arena was so electrifying and energetic where panellists were sharing their viewpoint on the topic and it was eye-opening to hear their futuristic thoughts. Dr. BVR Mohan Reddy (Padma Shri) talked about the importance of being skilful and how skills are going to make one future ready and not the degrees. Being the diamond partners of the event, we got to have personal interaction with many HRs and their words were very motivating and guiding. They liked talking to us and shared what the industries are expecting from the students.

This type of events not only give a good exposure but also help in grooming the personality. Many delegates share their work-culture in the organisation and expressed about the change they are thinking to imply so as to make the workplace more productive and interactive. Ms. Neda Schlictmenn (DLO, Deloitte) discussed about their plan to bring diversity in organisation by recruiting transgenders and people with disabilities. Their ideas and plans were so ethical and oriented towards the employees and society that anybody would feel proud to be part of that organisation.

All 3 days were days of great learning, observation and lots of interactions. This type of event motivates one to set the goal to become like those influencing personalities and doing some life changing contribution to the society. When in Hydrabad , trying Hydrabadi Biryani is a must, we tried some local cuisine which was delicious and totally worth the hype. We also visited some historic monuments like Golkonda fort and Shilparamam.

Overall, it was an amazing educational tour. I can not thank my university enough for giving such an exposure. This was life changing for me and I will implement all those learnings in my life.
