Glimpses of TECHNOFEST 2021

Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well. Through this blog I would love to share with you my journey to and at Sri Balaji University, Pune.

You know how it is to be dreaming of going in to one of the best B-Schools in India but yet you need that level of knowledge and understanding to match up those B-Schools expectations.

I started preparing for management exams in the year 2020 and started reading those basics but solving advanced problems was a bit tough. The day I started solving those problems I did find myself not fitting in to that level those top B-Schools look forward to.

It’s not that I was not capable it’s just that you are not ready for such things. Then I had one of my friend studying at BIMM and was also into common area of interest which is Operations & SCM. Then I went to different websites, like many of us would surely do research as you are entering into Post Graduation field of study and no one would ever take that casually.

I contact a few SBUP Alumni, their network and college details to make sure I cross checked with Alumni about the Institute.

After lots of brainstorming, reviews, feedback I finally made my mind that I will join SRI BALAJI UNIVERSITY, PUNE.To enrich my knowledge and achieving the goal of getting into top B-Schools.

In the beginning, I joined this SBUP with a sense of concern as to how would be study online remotely given the Covid scenario.

Finally the SBUP MBA Batch 2021-23 started with great positivity and enormous blessings from various professionals in Induction Ceremony. We even got chance to listen to Dr. Kiran Bedi, what more you would have expected to boost you up to 100%.

The very first day of our GMC Training I got responsibilities to form a News Reading Team for everyday news reading activity in the morning as it will make everyone aware about what’s going in and around the world in all verticals of Education &Industries.

Then I started working on my designs and build a lot of connection withinthe University Faculties, Directors and Student Managers. Yes you heard it right we students are always addressed as STUDENT MANAGERS as we are building that psychological perception in students minds that every act or work or thinking he/she does,  must relate it to his/her future position and make necessary decisions.

I was then selected for organising the cultural and professional events in our University with a team of various diversified personality and mentors from different backgrounds, as it enriches the versatility in any event.

Day by Day I started liking the college, the environment obviously the virtual one, undying support and guidance from Faculties, Directors, and the University. If I would throw some light then it would be the free access to COURSERA for availing and learning international based concepts and content for wide and variety exposure to the field of study.

Then after some months I was selected for Corporate Project Studies – Team Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management (BITM) where we the student managers are liable and given responsibility of the placements of students for Summer Internship Programme and in here we are dedicated to onboard reputed organisations for creating exposure and great learning environment for our MBA peers.

During this time we also got chance to engaged and connected to numerous stalwarts in diversified Industries and got to build a great network for our better and enriched future.

I was also working as Technical Team Head for college activities in creating banners, brochures, posters, background, video editing and few other related works.

During this period of serving in various committee and departments I got a chance to work in our central Digital Marketing Team mentored by our own Alumni Mr. Deepak Rai Sir and it is a great pleasure working with one of your Alumni who is also the first batch of our esteemed Sri Balaji University, Pune.

There are lots of tales to be shared or I really want them to pen it down. No worries we will be there as a family and will share some during your visit to us.

A Message to all future young aspiring minds who are in verge of joining any Institution or University is that you are the one who is Tier – 1 or 2 or 3. University ranking is just a variable to your success or achievements. As by reading my experience I hope you did understand that I was not happy while joining but gradually looking at the inner side of the University I fell in love with our University.
