Hey there! I am Payal Lalwani, current Student Manager of Balaji Institute of International Business
(BIIB) Sri Balaji University, Pune.
I am from Satna, Madhya Pradesh. Before taking admission at BIIB, I was somehow already attached to
this University as-well-as Pune, as I had done my graduation from Savitribai Phule University, Pune. In
2018, it was the first time I moved out of my town for my studies and Pune was very much comfortable
adjustable, adaptable, and quite easy to accommodate. I never felt like I was far from my home, even
though the distance was too much from my hometown.
If I talk about Sri Balaji University, Pune it keeps us busy 24*7, from morning to evening we are with them,
which I do not think will ever give time to miss your family as well as to get bored.

Sri Balaji University, Pune is known for its 3 D’s: Discipline, Dedication, and Determination. These 3D’s
were introduced by our beloved Late Founder Chancellor Prof. Dr. (Col.) Aa Balasubramanian Sir.
These three pillars help student managers to have a productive and busy schedule. The ‘D for Discipline’
not only made me punctual for attending college lectures even it helped me to complete my day-to-day
task on time. There are no holidays here, and the college has 365-day work culture. It grooms students
and makes them ready for the corporate world. The overall environment of the college is strict with a lot of
emphasis being given on rules being shadowed. However, students do have opportunities to relax and
have fun. Various DJ nights are organized every month and various cultural events are organized to free
up the minds of the students. This is the most unique MBA experience you can have.
The best thing is when you enter this course, the college creates the peer groups in equal scale so that
there would not be difficulties for engineers and non-engineers. From the beginning, we had a great
induction schedule. Open discussions/ interactions with college faculties, guests, and informal meets with
classmates. Even though it had been 4 months while having our online classes, it was good interaction
and exposure. It is going great with this University, which is giving us good exposure.

incredibly good amount of guest lecturers as well as HR, Finance meets, and various Conclaves. It
always keeps a record for individuals and evaluation from time to time. We have news bulletin sessions
daily to have updates and to have our updates college takes frequent tests. The co-curricular activities
are many and in fact in every event like in “International Peace Day,” “Kargil Diwas,” “Photographer’s
Day” and many. We have various committees for extracurricular activities as well to make our personality

To groom students, it gives mostly all the responsibilities to the Student managers to learn how to
coordinate and learn from practical experience. For guidance, faculties are always approachable and
amiable. For any cultural event, or fresher is or say for placements, the coordination is done by students.
SBUP has more than sufficient campus space. The University is a lush green campus and spread over
16.5 acres which provides every need like a top-quality mess and hostel facility with round-the-clock
coordinate and learn from practical experience. For guidance, faculties are always approachable and
