Soon after graduation, I started working with Sairaj Construction as a Business Development Associate for around seven months. After this, I had the opportunity of stepping into Tata Consultancy Services as a Process Associate. I was a quality-oriented professional who had been consistently praised as diligent by my co-workers and management. In my 17 months (1.5 years) career, I have developed a skill set directly relevant to the associate role, including productivity and performance management, cross-border transactions, and executive support. I was awarded for Special Initiative, and as a junior, and was promoted to handle a new process coming from North America. Overall, I have consistently proved management, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities in every aspect of my associate role at TATA Consultancy Services. So, while working at TCS I got to discover that there is yet something missing in me as far as information, experience, abilities to turn into a fruitful director I suspected this after having an experience from TCS. And now I had to make this life turning decision, or I must say taking my career one step further and I had to get myself enrolled in MBA/PGDM institute. So fundamentally, this was my focus area. With this, my journey started in September 2020 where I began planning for MBA 2021.

Thus, this was my arrangement concerning how I will push forward, so toward the starting, I began sorting out universities and my google research/ scanning started for Best B-schools in INDIA. I shortlisted schools dependent on my budget and afterward, I noted down criteria for each Institute. So fundamentally, I had 1 B-school/University shortlisted fulfilling all the above-mentioned criteria. It was somewhat difficult as back in that time I was all the while working with Tata Consultancy Services and during a pandemic, I would have rather not trouble my family and around then I concluded that I would settle for my CAT classes and entrance test expenses from the cash which I had obtained. My timetable was unique. I had night shift with TCS, and timing was 6:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., yet in busy times I even needed to remain signed in till 6:30 a.m. or now and again even 7:00 a.m. and after then, at that point, I had my CAT Classes at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. my rest hour was just 3-4 hours daily. Well, this was my timetable till March 2021 when I ended up taking all the entrance exams. Indeed, it was difficult and sometimes even tiring for me to manage both significant things simultaneously, yet I was too certain with regards to my objective and sure enough to seek it, and as the outcomes say I am settled at an excellent spot. I’m not here to parade myself here or to say that I have invested this much energy just to get myself into the MBA foundation. My goal by sharing this is to let the crowd know that thing progressively comes in support of yourself as and when you conclude what you need next coming in your life.

So now I had decided to get myself enrolled in Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP), and the reason I landed up here I would say,

My administration process was smooth and hassle-free in these times of pandemic, I had applied in March 2021 by applying form with an entrance exam scorecard and I was then my Interview, Group Discussion, and essay writing rounds were scheduled. After clearing these rounds on my merit basis my college admission was confirmed and finally, I had my admission letter in hand by the end of April 2021. I was granted admission to the Master of Business Administration (Marketing) in Balaji Institute of Modern Management (BIMM) at Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP).

On 08 July 2021 with the blessing of Lord Ganesha my MBA journey started. The first days here started with a BSBT training course. The motive of this course is to build up a base for students coming from diverse backgrounds. Being started virtually I never got a chance to complain as with daily classes we also celebrated festivals, birthdays and had a lot of personality enhancement sessions now It’s been around 6 months since I joined the campus and I can confidently say that each coming day, I have grown my learnings and knowledge not only this, but I have started to make new contacts and build my network wider and stronger. I was even selected in the Digital Marketing of SBUP. I have even been awarded prizes for various competitions held in the Institute. I follow the principles of 3Ds- Discipline, Dedication and Determination, and as our professors and directors address us by saying student managers, as when you have managers post you will oversee a firm.
